A brutal and savage "mob-style" attack was caught on video in Virginia, where at least six members of this mob, beat, kicked and stomped on one person.
The video was captured by a local resident, Jack Webb, after he installed a security camera in an effort to captured individuals who had been breaking into his van, but he ended up capturing this attack instead.
The beating was not reported to the police by the victim, so no victim no crime, according to the report. Nevertheless the authorities are concerned enough to being going door-to-door in a hunt for witnesses.
The attack was so brutal that Webb is quoted as saying he thought the victim "wasn’t going to be getting up again."
