The first video was released in September 2011 to show how Barack Obama promised in 2009, 2010 and 2011 to "focus" on jobs and job growth and the second video was just released capitalizing on the recent headlines showing that Obama and his jobs' council haven't met in 6 months because Obama has been "too busy."
