Democratic New York State Senator Tony Avella marched in the Muslim Day Parade, but perhaps he should have done a little research into the speakers at the event before publicly sitting up on the stage with them.
In reference to my headline, let me be clear, the majority that participated in the parade probably didn't agree with what some of the speakers in the video below had to say, offensive comments calling for Jihad and bombing, and the creation of blasphemy laws to infringe on American's free speech laws, but those that stood there, listened, applauded, deserve to be lumped in with my headline note to Senator Avella.. you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas, Sir.

Did he walk away because he was offended or because it was political suicide to stay? Too late, he sat up there, with these extremists that were talking about having the "unborn martyrs" in the "womb", and those listening without walking away.
Avella claims offended. If he was so offended he should have been more than willing to tell the interviewer what exactly offended him? The call for Sharia law to replace our constitutional laws? The call for jihad and bombings? Speaking of unborn martyrs in the womb?
What exactly offended you Senator Avella? Inquiring minds want to know.
