Must-Read: The Paper Greenwald

I have, on occasion, had a few things to say about hack Greenwald, (he has his own "greenwald the hack" label at Wake up America) but nothing can compare to the take down by Benjamin Kerstein on the topic of Salon's Glenn Greenwald.

Small teaser:

Greenwald himself is one of those bizarre figures who occasionally bobs to the surface of American intellectual life, someone who so encapsulates the dementia of a specific subculture that he seems to be more a satirical literary creation than a human being. Indeed, Greenwald is such a quintessentially anti-American, pseudo-pacifist, pro-terrorist, self-hating Jewish liberal that that he essentially constitutes a living cliche. Nonetheless, his qualifications for the part are unquestionably excellent.

Long piece, full of linkage and a definite must read for anyone that has ever had the displeasure of reading a piece of Greenwald's diarrhea of the keyboard.
