What Democrats Do Not Say.

I read a Wapo piece this afternoon, and all in all it wasn't half bad, even though that is something I hate to admit about Wapo. I am however fair enough to not let MY bias overrule my judgement. It is an editorial piece, so perhaps that is why it does show some objectivity, if not total fairness.

On national security, the House Democrats' plan offers more goals than details. Who could disagree with promises to "eliminate Osama Bin Laden, destroy terrorist networks like al-Qaeda, finish the job in Afghanistan and end the threat posed by the Taliban" or "redouble efforts to stop nuclear weapons development in Iran and North Korea?" But the hard part -- on which Democrats offer no details -- is how that is to be done.
I am surprised Wapo even allowed that portion to be printed, but there it is!!!

I also read an article on Nancy Pelosi and how not many people even know who she is and even less know what she stands for. So I looked up her voting record. I must admit, I adore the internet where information is available at the touch of a key. This record actually scared the hell out of me.

I truly believe people should KNOW before they go vote, what they will get if they allow the Democratic party to take Congress or the Senate. Following is the record of Pelosi's votes, the next potential speaker of the house, and all should read them and understand exactly what will happen if we do not get out and vote REPUBLICAN.

Voted NO on adopting the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission. (Oct 2004)
Voted NO on permitting commercial airline pilots to carry guns. (Jul 2002)

Do you feel safer yet? THIS could be the next house speaker.... remember this when you go to vote, you may be voting for a "local" candidate, but if it is a democratic candidate, you will be handing THIS woman the speaker of the house position.
