BREAKING NEWS: DNI Confirms test WAS Nuclear

Being reported on as I am typing, the DNI has finally confirmed that North Korea's test on October 9, 2006 WAS Nuclear. They presume it was about 1 kiloton, but they have finally recieved the data to corroborate North Korea's claims of a nuclear test.
