The video we will see below is of CNN's Brooke Baldwin questioning Obama campaign spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter on the administration's changing stories on the terror attack in Libya which resulted in the death of the U.S. Ambassador and three other diplomats, providing clips of the multiple stories Obama officials told, and in response Cutter seems to have a meltdown, claiming "The entire reason that this has become the political topic it is, is because of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. It’s a big part of their stump speech," and she goes further and admits it is her job to "spin" for the Obama campaign.
Baldwin then tells Cutter to throw out the politics, and shows a clip pointing to the mother of one of the men murdered in Libya on 9/11, calling the Obama admin liars because they have not bothered to keep her informed and she still, almost a month later, does not know how her son died, after being promised that she would be kept informed.

Mitt Romney hammers the Obama campaign immediately over Cutter's crass assertions:
MITT ROMNEY: I think today we got another indication of how President Obama and his campaign fail to grasp the seriousness of the challenge that we face here in America. His campaign said this today about the Benghazi terrorist attack—they said this, and I quote, “The entire reason this has become the political topic it is, is because of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.” No, President Obama, it’s an issue because this is the first time in 33 years that an United States ambassador has been assassinated. Mr. President, this is an issue because we were attacked successfully by terrorists on the anniversary of 9/11. President Obama, this is an issue because Americans wonder why it was it took so long for you and your administration to admit that this was a terrorist attack. This is a very serious issue. These are very serious questions and the American people deserve serious answers and I hope they come soon.

Ever since the debate where Romney kicked butt, according to pundits from all political sides, and Obama completely bombed on, the whole Obama campaign has been self destructing, from Big Bird ads, to campaign officials like the DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz being ripped to shreds by liberals such as Piers Morgan for the Obama administrations false information on Libya, to CNN annihilating Cutter in the video at the top of this post.
