In the first presidential debate, Mitt Romney pointed out that Barack Obama had spent $90 billion in breaks to the green energy world and then quipped "But — but don't forget, you put $90 billion — like 50 years worth of breaks — into solar and wind, to — to Solyndra and Fisker and Tesla and Ener1. I mean, I — I had a friend who said, you don't just pick the winners and losers; you pick the losers."
It is ironic to say the least that on the day of the second presidential debate, today, Bloomberg News reports that yet another electric car battery maker, A123 Systems Inc., that received a $249 million federal grant, filed for bankruptcy protection after failing to make a debt payment that was due yesterday.

On top of this last Obama failure, which he gambled taxpayer money on, we see that elsewhere, Obama also lied to a crowd of his supporters.
CNS News reports that Obama told the crowd " We got back every dime we used to rescue the financial system."
The Congressional Budget Office--based on figures from Obama’s own Office of Management and Budget---gives a different assessment.
“The cost to the federal government of the TARP’s transactions (also referred to as the subsidy cost), including grants for mortgage programs that have not yet been made, will amount to $24 billion,” said the CBO report, which was released on the same day Obama spoke.
Just another Obama lie.
We will be live streaming tonight's debate, which is a town hall style debate. Topics will be domestic and foreign policy.
Between the Libya debacle and the recent domestic policy news above, Mitt Romney should have plenty of ammunition to counter Obama's attacks which consist of Obama insisting he knows what Romney "would do" while trying to distract from what Obama has already done.
