Former Obama economic advisor Steve Rattner on "Morning Joe" says that growth under Obama is the slowest since the 1930's (October 18, 2012).

Obama is fond of blaming Bush for the economy he inherited but has no one but himself and his policies to blame, which were enacted unchecked in the first two years of his presidency when he had a Democratically controlled House and Senate, for the slowest recovery since the 1930's.
Despite the data, Obama also has no plans to change course or enact different policies.
Obama hopes his rhetoric will replace an actual second term agenda.
