Reports are coming out now that charges have been filed against a suspect in the 9-11 Benghazi terrorist attack that killed four Americans, including the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens.
According to those reports, one seen in the video below, the charges are under seal against Ahmed Khattalah, leader of a Libyan militia.
It is unclear whether they are the same individuals whose images the FBI released to the public in May.
