According to police in Gastonia, NC, Tiffany Michelle Davis, handcuffed her 19-year-old mentally disabled daughter to a hotel bed, then left her there while David went to attend a wedding party.
The daughter was able to free herself and was found wandering around the Gastonia, N.C. hotel on Saturday night, which prompted a concerned guest to notify the Courtyard Marriott staff.
Davis was charged with felony neglect and was scheduled to appear in court Monday.
