Via Hot Air who showed the video, according to Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, recent classified information leaks came directly from White House "ranks."

Specific quotes from video above from Feinstein:
"I think the White House has to understand that some of this is coming from their ranks"
"I mean there is one book they can read and they will see it very clearly"
What could be seen "very clearly" according to Feinstein before Mitt Romney used her words in a speech in at the Veteran of Foreign Wars Convention, today is suddenly "speculation", says Feinstein.
Feinstein, however, in a statement released shortly after his speech, said she regretted her choice of words the day prior and disputed Romney's decision to reference her comments in his VFW remarks.
"I was asked whether the White House might be responsible for recent national security leaks. I stated that I did not believe the president leaked classified information. I shouldn't have speculated beyond that, because the fact of the matter is I don't know the source of the leaks," she said.
Feinstein is the chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, her original statement was not ambiguous at all it was "very clear" and there is no putting that genie back in the bottle especially when her subsequent statement trying to do so, is contradicted by her own staff's statement.
[Update] House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) believes Feinstein's attempt to walk back her comments from yesterday is indicative of the Obama administration "trying to beat folks back into submission so as not to have anyone out of line." (Source- The Hill)
