Mitt Romney Shows Class, Ron Paul Shows None

No one that reads this blog regularly is under any illusion that I have anything but contempt and disdain for Ron Paul, but Mitt Romney's class act today in dropping out for the good of the party and the country, having his eye on the big picture rather than the "ego", shows a level of heartfelt caring for America and the GOP party in general.

Ron Paul, on the other hand, even though he did not win one state on Super Tuesday and has a whole, whopping 14 pledged delegates in comparison to John McCain's 720 and Huckabee's 197, while Romney had 279 before he dropped out, is proving to be an embarrassment to his own supporters.

He also proves that despite his talk and rhetoric, he doesn't give a damn about this country or he would be showing more class and an understanding of basic reality, instead of continuing to take money from his supporters when he cannot win.

Get this clear--- RON PAUL DOES NOT HAVE A SHOT IN HELL OF WINNING THE GOP NOMINATION.

How much clearer does the country have to get in saying NO WAY to Ron Paul?

Donklephant says it perfectly here:

Do know that I had some amount of respect for Paul last year and going into the fall, but after the past couple months it’s pretty much all gone. This is becoming a vanity campaign, and just because he can convince people to give him money doesn’t mean he should.

Like I said the other day... Paul is nothing more than a hamster, running on that little wheel and getting nowhere.
