District of Columbia-Obama as per NBC. Obama 75% Clinton 24%

Virginia- Obama wins with 64% Clinton 35%

Maryland-Obama 59% Clinton 37%

Icy weather and traffic prompted Maryland to extend voting hours until 9:30 p.m. at polls across the state, state elections officials said.
