Short and sweet, showing that sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.
Jean-Pierre Trias, 44, was convicted and sentenced on July 16, 2013, for second degree murder after stabbing his wife, Katherine Porter to death last Winter.
Two days after he was sentenced, Porter's sisters filed a wrongful death civil suit against Trias. In that civil suit, they claim that the police found a "to-do list" on his computer was, of household chores and tasks and amidst those were the words "Kill Kathie Kill Kathie Kill Kathie!!!!"
What, did he think he would forget to kill his wife between doing laundry and cleaning the house?
