Church leaders are sending out a call and a message across America to "prepare for civil disobedience" in the face of a Supreme Court decision that would take away their right of Religious freedom.
Jack Graham, pastor of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Texas, a man not given to hyperbole, is warning American Christians to be "prepared for massive fallout" if the Surpreme Court legalizes same sex marriage, stating "there’s a coming a day, I believe, that many Christians personally and churches corporately will need to practice civil disobedience on this issue."
Recently a full page ad was taken out in Washington Post by Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox Christian pastors, clergy, lay leaders and Jewish leaders, who collectively represent millions of people in their specific churches, parishes, denominations, synagogues andmedia ministry outreaches, as an "Open Letter to the Supreme Court Justices of the United States," informing them "we will not honor any decision by the Supreme Court which will force us to violate a clearbiblical understanding of marriage as solely the union of one man and one woman."
That ad ended with Acts 5:29 "But Peter and the apostles answered, We must obey God rather than men."
50,000 pastors and church leaders have signed a petition which states in part, "We stand united together in defense of marriage. Make no mistake about our resolve. While there are many things we can endure, redefining marriage is so fundamental to the natural order and the common good that this is the line we must draw and one we cannot and will not cross."
As Southern Baptist Christians, we are committed to Biblical faith and ethics. As a result, this body of Believers stands on the authority of Scripture and God's Truth as central to our lives.
What the Bible says about marriage is clear, definitive and unchanging. We affirm biblical, traditional, natural marriage as the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime. The Scriptures' teaching on marriage is not negotiable. We stake our lives upon the Word of God and the testimony of Jesus.
Consequently, we will not accept, nor adhere to, any legal redefinition of marriage issued by any political or judicial body including the United States Supreme Court. We will not recognize same-sex "marriages", our churches will not host same-sex ceremonies, and we will not perform such ceremonies.
While we affirm our love for all people, including those struggling with same-sex attraction, we cannot and will not affirm the moral acceptability of homosexual behavior or any behavior that deviates from God's design for marriage. We also believe religious freedom is at stake within this critical issue – that our first duty is to love and obey God, not man.
Therefore, we strongly encourage all Southern Baptist pastors, leaders, educators, and churches to openly reject any mandated legal definition of marriage and to use their influence to affirm God's design for life and relationships. As the nation's largest non-Catholic denomination with over 16 million members, we stake our very lives and future on the Truth of God's Word.
We also join together to support those who stand for natural marriage in the corporate world, the marketplace, education, entertainment, media and elsewhere with our prayers and influence, and resources.
Graham was asked "what would it look like if 16 million Southern Baptists engaged in civil disobedience?" His response was "I hope we never live to find out what that looks like. There are many Christians today who are preparing if necessary to go to jail."
“The punch that is most deadly is the one you don’t see coming,” Graham said. “You need to see this coming. It’s coming your way. It’s coming to a town, a city, a university, a college, a church near you,” he said.
Judgment is here and the battle lines have been drawn.
“I took an oath that I would support and defend the constitution and the freedoms that entails, and I really feel like those are being trampled upon" - Military veteran Tyler Truitt
Below this article will be the contact information for the city of Huntsville, Alabama along with the Mayor's name and number and the city administrators name and number. After reading and listening to what the city of Huntsville is doing to this veteran, we ask that readers contact the city and respectfully tell them what you think. In August 2013, outgoing Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano made it very clear that not if, but when, a massive attack occurred, or a natural disaster caused the power grid to go down. According to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission all it would take to plunge the entire nation into darkness for more than a year would be to knock out a transformer manufacturer and just 9 of our 55,000 electrical substations on a really hot summer day. (Source)
In 2010, Frank Gaffney, president of the Center for Security Policy said that if an EMP knocked out the grid within a year "nine out of 10 Americans would be dead, because we can’t support a population of the present size in urban centers and the like without electricity."
Would you be the one-in-10 that would survive such a scenario?
Mr. Tyler Truitt, quoted above, would be because he bought a couple acres of land, and created a self-sustaining lifestyle, off the grid, where he and his girlfriend live and are able to survive off the land, and the city of Huntsville, Alabama is threatening them with arrest for doing so.
Tyler Truitt and his girlfriend Soraya Hamar live on two-acres that they own and are completely self sufficient, as Truitt explains "We live out here off the grid, 100 percent self-sustaining. So I basically made all my utilities: I have my solar panels, I have my rainwater collection and stuff."
"They came and they condemned our house and told us if we stayed here we'd be arrested for trespassing on our own property, and the reason why is, they said, it was unsafe living conditions because we don't have city utilities hooked up," Truitt explained.
The former military member says he just wants the freedoms he swore he'd protect.
"I took an oath that I would support and defend the constitution and the freedoms that entails, and I really feel like those are being trampled upon," Truitt said.
Truitt is prepared to fight for his property. "You have to stand up for what you believe in. They could come out here today if they wanted to and take us to jail for trespassing if that's what they want to call it and, you know, that'd be fine with me. I'll still come back the next day and the next day and the next day because it's my home and because I live here. Where else am I supposed to go really?"
You will hear Mr. Truitt in the video below explaining the situation he finds himself in where he has to fight for the very rights he swore to defend for others when he joined the military.
This is another direct attack against suvivalists.
Listen to his story and beneath the video you will find contact information for the city.

Nigeria's female genital mutilation ban is important precedent, say campaigners
As the outgoing president, Goodluck Jonathan, bans FGM in one of his final acts, groups look to the last African nations who have not yet made it illegalPhoto: Ben Curtis/AP
The Nigerian government has taken the historic step of outlawing the practice of female genital mutilation (FGM), in a move campaigners describe as “hugely important”.
Nigeria - a cultural and political powerhouse in Africa – introduced a new federal law banning the practice, which involves removing part or all of a girl’s outer sexual organs.
The outgoing president, Goodluck Jonathan, signed the ban into law as one of his final acts as leader. He was beaten in Nigeria's presidential election in March by Muhammadu Buhari, who was sworn into office on Friday.
The law, which was passed by the Senate on 5 May, also prohibits men from abandoning their wives or children without economic support.
Around a quarter of Nigerian women have undergone FGM – which can cause infertility, maternal death, infections and the loss of sexual pleasure – according to 2014 UN data. The practice was already banned in some states, but now it will be outlawed throughout the country.
It is estimated that 125 million girls and women globally are living with the effects of FGM, which is most widespread in Africa and the Middle East...
Before we in the west get too smug and stick to the "what happens over there..." here is a reminder:
FGM is a Reality in the US. The number of girls under 18 at risk for FGM in the US has quadrupled since 1997. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates 513,000 women and girls are at risk of FGM in the US.
All of the above is happening.... right now, right here..... in America.
Countless Independent Media outlets have been warning people to "be prepared," for years as they saw the writing on the wall of what was happening now, and more importantly, what is coming.
The MSM is finally reporting those same warnings, from some very big names, the latest of which is billionaire Johann Rupert, who issues a dire warning of his own about technological advances leading to job losses, which in turn will lead to social unrest.
“We’re in for a huge change in society,” he said Monday. “Get used to it. And be prepared.”
I heard something the other day, cannot remember which interview it was, but one statement stuck in my head, to paraphrase...... the military trains for the war it is going to fight.
The discussion was military training on US soil, whether it is operation Raider Focus or the scheduled Jade Helm 15 exercises from July to September where multiple states in the US are listed as "hostile," and which the US military claims is preparation for operations overseas.
They are not conducting these "unprecedented and dangerous" drills and exercises overseas, they are conducting them in America.... the point being, they are preparing for the war they are going to fight right here in America.
People assume those reporting on Jade Helm, those tracking the military movement where assets are being positioned all across the country, are all anti-military, but nothing could be further from the truth.
These are not people that are "against" the military, these are veterans concerned that they are watching military training for war against its own people as the country is systematically brought to the point where implementing martial law will be framed as "protecting" America and her citizens.
There are a series of videos below, showing the rising food prices, the riots, the crop failures, robots about to replace human workers which will cause huge amounts of minimum wage workers to become unemployed and finally, one of the best compilations of massive military movements happening inside American borders.
As I asked at the beginning of this article... if you saw this all happening on the news, in another country, would you not assume the government was preparing for something huge to happen?

Yes, we have written about the TSA program's epic fails more than a few times, so we are not surprised at all at this latest undercover report from abc.com
EXCLUSIVE: Undercover DHS Tests Find Security Failures at US Airports
Jun 1, 2015
An internal investigation of the Transportation Security Administration revealed security failures at dozens of the nation’s busiest airports, where undercover investigators were able to smuggle mock explosives or banned weapons through checkpoints in 95 percent of trials, ABC News has learned.
The series of tests were conducted by Homeland Security Red Teams who pose as passengers, setting out to beat the system.
According to officials briefed on the results of a recent Homeland Security Inspector General’s report, TSA agents failed 67 out of 70 tests, with Red Team members repeatedly able to get potential weapons through checkpoints.
In one test an undercover agent was stopped after setting off an alarm at a magnetometer, but TSA screeners failed to detect a fake explosive device that was taped to his back during a follow-on pat down....
This is yet again proof that TSA airport screening programs continue to be ineffective failures. Put "TSA" in the top left search engine [of Assoluta Tranquillita] to see just some of the columns previously posted on this topic..
While this is not news, it is surprising (to us, at least) that the msm is still actually reporting on this glaring, gaping hole in USA's first line of defence against terrorism. Maybe Janet Napolitano's infamous pr campaign of 'if you see something, say something' still echoes - at least at abc.com. Be that as it may, apparently nobody is listening, and despite the bluster from the head honchos, don't expect any constructive changes any time soon.
Obviously, nobody at TSA/Homeland Security has read - nor implemented - my simple recommendations in TSA: Eureka! I found it from November 2010.
