Four out of at least ten have been arrested so far, after brutally beating a pedestrian walking home from work in the heart of Little Italy, Maryland.
Three of the black teens arrested are juveniles who have been charged as adults due to the brutality of the crime committed.
The attack happened in front of a neighbor's house, Giovanna Blattermann, as well as being captured on her neighbors surveillance camera and she describes what she saw. "They beat this boy. He got up, he’d run, they beat him. He got up, he’d run, they beat him. He got up, he’d run, they beat him."
Sgt. Eric Kowalczyk, from the Baltimore City Police states "The fact that they broke this gentleman’s jaw, the decision was made and they are going to be charged as adults."
The teens are facing several charges, including robbery and assault. Police say they are following more leads and more arrests are possible.
