According to the dictionary, the definition of rape is "the unlawful compelling of a person through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse, yet a student of the University of Southern California claims that she was told by school authorities that she "wasn't raped because he didn't orgasm."
Due to these claims, the University of Southern California is facing a federal investigation after a group of 13 students, and several other unnamed students, allege that they suffered from massive failures on the part of USC officialss and the Department of Public Safety in responding to reports of sexual violence on campus.
