Oh FFS: Voter ID Laws Stop Voter Fraud = Better Results For Republicans...DUH

By Susan Duclos

Let me say this, loudly and proudly...

1) Voter ID laws are put into place to stop voter fraud, examples, pets, dead people and illegals from voting. 2) When pets, dead people and illegals cannot vote,. it always behooves Republicans. I will leave the reason why to be determined by the reader.

Make of that as you will, but Conservatives have never hidden the fact that they believe that Voter ID laws which prevent voter fraud, hinders Democrats who depend on fraudeluent voters as a percentage of their vote in elections.

So, when someone breathlessly claims that a politician said that voter ID laws benefits Mitt Romney for the 2012 presidential election... it is no big surprise and their acting all indignant, is ridiculous.

Pretending to not understand why people might not want folks that have no business voting, again, pets, dead people and illegals, and to act all stupid and pretend that it is because those pets, dead people and illegals are DEMOCRATS instead of acknowledging they are fraudulent voters...... is unbelievably dishonest.

PoliticsPA:

House Majority Leader Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny) suggested that the House’s end game in passing the Voter ID law was to benefit the GOP politically.

“We are focused on making sure that we meet our obligations that we’ve talked about for years,” said Turzai in a speech to committee members Saturday. He mentioned the law among a laundry list of accomplishments made by the GOP-run legislature.

“Pro-Second Amendment? The Castle Doctrine, it’s done. First pro-life legislation – abortion facility regulations – in 22 years, done. Voter ID, which is gonna allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania, done.”

The statement drew a loud round of applause from the audience. It also struck a nerve among critics, who called it an admission that they passed the bill to make it harder for Democrats to vote — and not to prevent voter fraud as the legislators claimed.

Oh FFS, he was not saying it makes it harder for "Democrats" to vote, he was declaring what Conservatives have been saying for years, it makes it harder for fraudeluent voters that happen to vote for the Democratic candidate to vote.

Yes, there is a difference! A huge one.
