Below is a four-minute video of a press conference held by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio after a six month investigation of the Barack Obama birth certificate, after 250 members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party, presented a signed petition to Arpaio in August 2011 asking him to undertake the investigation.

The "cold case posse" as they have been named, is headed up by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J and includes former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, and are all volunteers who are not funded by Arizona taxpayers.
