Hawaii Poll: Republican Charles Djou Has Advantage Over Both Democratic Candidates

Two of the most liberal states existing are Massachusetts and Hawaii and everyone by now knows what happened in Massachusetts, with Republican Scott Brown winning the Senate seat formerly held by Ted Kennedy.

Hawaii is next on the GOP takeover list and a recent Hawaii poll shows that Charles Djou, the Republican candidate for Congress, holds an 8 point lead over Democratic candidate Ed Case and a 14 point lead over Democratic candidate Colleen Hanabusa.

Should Djou will, this will be the first time in two decades that a Republican will lay claim to this seat.
