I suppose it is refreshing for the troops fighting for you and I actually trust a reporter in the mix. We all know the troops trust without apprehension the Great Michael Yon.
We shall see, in the long run, if the NY Times will turn on the troops, as they are known to do. Hopefully, Michael Gordon won't allow that to happen. Not if he doesn't want to piss heavily armed men off.
