Alternative media has had to force the MSM to report more than the governments talking points, sometimes having to drag them kicking and screaming towards the truth until they simply could not ignore it anymore.
The latest example has been the Syria situation where had alternative media writers stayed silent, Barack Obama would have been allowed to start World War 3.
Now some Washington politicians are trying to pass legislation that would designate "real journalists," in an attempt to stifle the free speech of alternative media reporters.
