After George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin in what he said was self-defense, Trayvon supporters and even a U.S. Congressman, all spoke out about profiling and hoodies. How wrong it was to consider someone wearing a hoodie as suspicious.
Remember back in 2012, when U.S. Congressman Bobby Rush (D-IL) put on a hoodie with dark sunglasses and talked about racial profiling, outraged that Zimmerman described Martin as "suspicious" and said he was wearing a hoodie?
New Flash for those people claiming such outrage over the "hoodie factor", the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in 2010, created the "If You See Something, Say Something," campaign with a nearly 10 minute video, and in that video, three separate instances show what they consider "suspicious" individuals wearing a hoodie.

Where is the outrage? Where are the protests declaring the DHS racist for profiling individuals wearing hoodies? Where is Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama calling for the DHS to stop profiling?
Are they hypocritical to call Zimmerman a profiling racist but to say not one word about the DHS?
