Military officials have had to revise their Syria battle plan 50 times, according to the Fox report below, showing that there is and was no real "plan" of action, just rhetoric and a desire to launch missiles at Syria and weaken the leadership so the Obama backed, al-Qaeda linked Syrian rebels would have a chance against the Syrian government.
Obama's incompetence could very well set off a regional war aka World War 3.
