The video below, aptly named "Jobs 101," features a big "Welcome to Texas President Obama" banner and compares and contrasts the Obama failure on job creation with Rick Perry’s Texas style.

“Jobs 101” then cuts to Perry explaining his “4 Core Principles” for job creation.
“One, is don’t spend all of the money. Two, you know, is keeping the taxes low and under control,” Perry says in the video. “Three is you have your regulatory climate fair and predictable. Four is reform the legal system so frivolous lawsuits don’t paralyze the employers that are trying to create jobs. And over the years we have followed this recipe to produce the strongest economy in the nation. Since June 2009 Texas is responsible for more than 40 percent of all of the new jobs created in America.”
