NRO says "Good heavens. Give this man a slot at the 2012 Republican convention!."
After listening to the video, I agree.
Question: Is it strong enough of a Republican party for it's nominee to beat this president?
Biden's answer: "Oh, absolutely! Absolutely, it’s strong enough to beat both of us...."
He says much more but the money quote is the one I just quoted above. That will be the quote any smart campaign against Obama will use in their ads.
