Man Pleads Guilty Of Sexually Abusing Three Girls, 11, 9 and 5 Years Old

Three young girls, surrounded by three adults, two men and a woman, all three children abused and all three adults guilty of the abuse.

In June of 2007, three adults were indicted on charges ranging from child abuse, aggravated assault and in one case, sexual abuse of all three children, ages 11, 9 and 5 years old.

The defendants names are Stacy Marie Jablonowski, 30, the father of the 11 and 9 year old, Michael Anthony Brooks and a man who plead guilty this week of charges related to the sexual molestation, John Raney, 55.

It was John Raney's home that the three children and the other two adults lived in October of 2006, after an investigation that determined he had engaged in sexual contact with the girls and took photographs of the act, he was arrested by the Peoria Police in Arizona.

His two co-defendants entered guilty pleas last year and according to court records, they were placed on lifetime probation.

Jablonowski was sentenced on July 26, 2007, after pleading guilty to child abuse and aggravated assault and Brooks was sentenced that same day, after pleading guilty to two counts of child abuse. he also served two months in jail.

John Raney, who signed a plea agreement this week, pleading guilty to two counts each of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor and attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

Raney will be sentenced on May 9 in Maricopa County Superior Court and under the terms of his plea agreement he will receive from 20 to 27 years in prison on that date.
