The first chart was created in November 2009, from the Joint Committee on Taxation, when Democrats could still get away with calling the individual mandate tax a "penalty" but has now been legally defined by the Supreme Court as a tax. The chart below shows 75 percent of this ObamaTax hits the middle class.
The second chart shows what the individual mandate tax will cost in terms of actual money to the middle class Americans hit with it.
Remember, this is just one of the 20 taxes written in to the Obamacare law that Barack Obama levied against Americans.
