This has got to end.
Barack Obama spoke of "change" in his bid for presidency and people took hope, believed, even against evidence of his prior voting record. His pretty words and moving speeches engaged voters who never voted, brought Independents flocking to him and handed the reins of control of the Senate, the House of Representatives and the White House to Democrats.
With that control Democrats have borrowed, bribed, arm twisted to pass legislation that has been opposed by the majority of Americans and still is in many cases, as with Obamacare.
Democrats consider legislation passed against the will of the the majority of Americans "accomplishments".
The rest of us see it as corruption.
The Hill/ANGA 2010 Midterm Election Poll recently released shows that the majority of voters in key battleground states believe that over the last two years, since Obama became president, Congress’s ethics have gotten worse.
The Hill/ANGA 2010 Midterm Election Poll finds that 57 percent of likely voters in 12 competitive districts believe that the ethical situation on Capitol Hill has deteriorated since President Obama took office. Thirty-two percent of respondents say there has been no change, and only 7 percent claim it has improved.
We, the people, cannot remove Barack Obama from office until 2012 when the next presidential election will be held, but we can stop the far left liberal progressive Democrats from harming our country more than they have already and start undoing the harm they have wrought by replacing those in control of the Senate and the House.
November 2, 2010 is our chance to stop Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi from steamrolling over American voters any more than they already have, by restoring some semblance of balance in Washington.
Time to give Democrats their pink slips.
