I am watching C-Span right now and it is chaotic, more so than usual.
These people are so dysfunctional right now they cannot even get a vote recorded. Machines are down, people are yelling over each other and the tensions are extremely high.
Maybe last nights fiasco has something to do with all this, maybe not.
