and claim that this is not the case,
They will turn their heads and wave it away,
and assume it will happen in some other place,
But you and I know, we must protect our home,
and the dangers that we do face,

To those that turn away, ignore,
and claim that this is not true,
The disservice you do our country, matters not,
For your numbers are too few,
But let me look into your eyes
and make one thing clear to you,

Deny it, ignore it, feel free
to stick your head in the sand.
Perhaps one night, when all is calm
and God forbid, a bomb goes off on our land,
Your eyes will open, you will see the light
and then, you will finally understand,

When you are home, holding your family tight,
Huddled together the whole night long,
It won't matter for a single second,
realizing that you were wrong,
But then you'll know, deep inside,
what we have been saying to you, all along,
