Retired Army General Paul Vallely joins NewsMax TV, where he states outright that not only are we in the midst of World War III but we have been for a while now, stating that it is a global war laid out by terror groups, such as Al-Qaeda and ISIS, just to name two - in their declared global caliphate. Vallely continues on to say that "conventional minds" are trying to run strategy against an unconventional enemy which is leading the US to continue down the path to failure.
