Another State Department Report On Keystone XL Pipeline Affirms No Significant Environmental Effect

By Susan Duclos

Friday the State Department released another review of the Keystone XL Pipeline, it's findings generally the same as the review they released in 2011, which is that the construction and operation of the proposed pipeline, which would  accommodate up to 830,000 barrels of oil per day, create some 179,000 jobs on American soil, would not pose any significant environmental effect.

The 2,000+ page report  includes volumes 1-4 as well as the executive summary.

The backlash coming from the far left liberal progressives has been swift around the blogosphere and in the media, but the Keystone XL Pipeline has the majority support from the American people, job creators, even labor unions, which is part of the Democratic base. The Keystone has bipartisan support in the Senate and the House of Representatives.

The only person who has been delaying the project has been Barack Obama himself.

The Executive Summary from the most recent State Department review is embedded below.
