My favorite line of the speech given over a month ago,the headline quote, was when Newt Gingrich was discussing how he would challenge Obama to seven Lincoln-style debates where there is a moderator but no time keeper so the candidates can discuss the issues in depth.
Gingrich: "I've already said that if he wants to use a teleprompter, that would be fine with me."
(Laughter and applause)
"You've gotta be fair."
