The Miami Herald reports that the pro-Gingrich SuperPAC, Winning our Future, is spending $6 million to advertise in Florida this week with anti-Romney ads.
The latest ad is called "Blood Money" and hits Romney on ObamaCare, Cayman Islands tax shelters and even Medicare fraud.
According to their description this is just a preview and full video will be coming soon.

The Florida primaries will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2012.
A GOP Republican debate is scheduled for tonight on CNN at 8pm ET.
