Funny that the Gallup headline screams "U.S. Voters Split on Obama Re-Election in 2012," yet the first paragraph states clearly that those who believe Barack Obama should not be re-elected in 2010 is 51 percent, the majority. 46 percent saying he does.
The breakdown:
Democrats- 18 percent say he does not deserve re-election and 79 percent says he does.
Republicans- 91 percent say he does not deserve re-election and 9 percent says he does.
Independents- 53 percent say he does not deserve re-election and 43 percent says he does.
If you look to Gallup's daily job approval graph, you will notice Obama's approval has steadily declined and continues to do so and his disapproval has steadily risen and continue to do so.
