Your ridiculous item of the day is that the Washington Post wrote a three page story about the dog will be living in the White House with the Obamas.
Evidently he was named Charlie and the Obamas are renaming him Bo.... you can find out why at Wapo if you are so inclined and see a picture at the First Dog Charlie website.
With everything going on here and across the world, one would think Wapo had better and more newsworthy things to write about.
