Tonight in the Washington times there is an article which confirms the Taheri report.
At the same time the Bush administration was negotiating a still elusive agreement to keep the U.S. military in Iraq, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama tried to convince Iraqi leaders in private conversations that the president shouldn't be allowed to enact the deal without congressional approval.I'm no lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but that smells a lot like TREASON to me. Senator Obama TRIED TO DELAY THE PRESIDENT'S NEGOTIATIONS WITH A FOREIGN NATION. At the very least all of those people who are voting for the Senator because he wants to cut and run in Iraq, should know that Obama wanted to DELAY troop withdrawals.
