Reports today show that Mitch Daniels is out and Herman Cain has formally announced he is in.
Recently Mike Huckabee announced he was out of the running as did Donald Trump.
Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Gary Johnson, Ron Paul and Vern Wuensche have all declared.
Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum have formed Exploratory committees.

GOP supporters are still waiting to see if Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann and John Huntsman will declare they are running or not.
Haley Barbour, Scott Brown, Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Mike Huckabee, Donald Trump, Mitch Daniels, Jim DeMint, Mike Pence, Marco Rubio and John Thune have all declined to run for President.
The election itself is in November 2012 and debates have already begun. The actual primaries and caucuses will not start until February 2012. The Republican National Convention is scheduled to take place the week of August 27, 2012 where it will be decided which GOP contender will challenge Barack Obama for presidency.
