The votes have been tallied in one of the House races that had yet to be called and the Tea Party backed Republican Joe Walsh wins an upset over three-term sitting Democratic Representative Melissa Bean.
Bean conceded after the absentee and provisional ballots were counted and she fell short by 291 votes out of more than 200,000 cast.
