This makes Kennedy the proverbial fly in Obama’s Radical progressive ointment/agenda to liberalize the Supreme Court with his nominees, and how appropriate that one of the cases that is likely to be brought before that very Supreme Court is the one he spoke about on June 22, 2010, the Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare, where a fly so handily landed on his face (see image above).
No less than 14 states have already filed lawsuits against Obamacare, to date.
