Andrew Noel Prescott of Magnolia Texas has been arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated kidnapping, after he snatched an 8-month old child, bit him all over his body, then returned him home.
The mother called the police at approximately 1:30 pm Tuesday, when she discovered her child was hurt and that is when she told detectives that Prescott has been allowed to spend the night.
Prescott, who lives on the same property as the mother's home, took the baby from his mother's house while she was sleeping, bit him on the face, buttocks and genitals, then returned him to his bed. The baby is is in stable condition at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston.
Prescott is in the Montgomery County Jail, with a $50,000 bail set on each charge.
