The race is close in Texas, first Obama was ahead, then Clinton took the lead and as of right now, no one has been declared the winner, but the Clinton campaign is accusing the Obama campaign of breaking the Texas caucus rules.
Hillary Clinton's campaign called an emergency conference call with reporters to complain that Barack Obama's campaign was breaking rules.
They allege that the Obama campaign had shut the doors on Clinton supporters at some of the caucuses, that they had also hijacked some of the caucus packets at certain precincts as well as Obama supporters were calling in caucus results before the polls had closed.
They claim to have received hundreds of complaints.
The call was interrupted though when Obama’s chief counsel Bob Bauer called in also, and accused the Clinton campaign of simply complaining because at the time she was losing.
According to The Politico, Howard Wolfson and Bauer got into a heated exchange which the article describes as "possibly the most entertaining conference call in campaign history."
Bauer also leveled his own charges at the Clitnon campaign, accusing the of a pattern of "denigrating caucuses", bringing up the lawsuit that was filed in advance of the Nevada caucuses.
After the Bauer left the conversation, one of the reporters asked if the campaign would seek "legal remedies" for their complaints, Clinton’s attorney said, "all options are open at this point."

As of right now, Clinton is the projected winner for Ohio and Rhode Island, Obama has won Vermont and Clinton is ahead in the Texas primary but behind Obama in the Texas caucuses. (10:56pm AZ time)
