Gingrich, Huntsman, Santorum, Join Perry In Suing Virginia For Ballot Access

By Susan Duclos

It was recently reported that Rick Perry filed a lawsuit for ballot access in Virginia after the Virginia GOP disqualified him after the certification process.

Via PJM, we see that Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman, and Rick Santorum have also now filed a joint motion to have their names placed on the ballot in Virginia for the March 6, 2012 primary.

The candidates are seeking to intervene as plaintiffs in a case filed by Rick Perry for ballot access to the Virginia primary pursuant to an order issued by the court on December 29, 2011.

Here’s a link to the motion.
