Eric Holder Resigning - Report: Scandal Ridden AG To Announce Resignation on Thursday

According to this breaking report at NPR, Eric Holder, one of the most controversial figures in the Obama administration is finally about to announce his resignation. From the Black Panther scandal to Fast and Furious, to the most recent screw up where his aide accidentally called Republican oversight committee chairman Darrell Issa's office to ask for help in "spinning" the IRS targeting scandal, to a high number of other controversial decisions, statements and actions, Holder has been encouraged to resign from almost the beginning of his tenure.

No doubt that at the moment there are many saying "about damn time.

Code Name "OZ" - Survivors Speak Out On "13 Hours" At Benghazi

Speaking publicly for the first time about the September 11, 2012 terror attack in Benghazi, Libya that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, three members of a security team that were the "boots on the ground" at the time, detail what really happened which runs contrary to the official denials of the events in question, specifically the "stand down" order, which is being directly blamed for the deaths of Stevens, U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith and two CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty.


A portion of the interview is shown in the video below, and more revelations of this interview can be found at Fox News, where the US security contractors -- Kris (“Tanto”) Paronto, Mark (“Oz”) Geist, and John (“Tig”) Tiegen, speak out about what really happened and asked if help was really delayed.

But the team was held back. According to the security operators, they were delayed from responding to the attack by the top CIA officer in Benghazi, whom they refer to only as “Bob.” 

“It had probably been 15 minutes I think, and … I just said, ‘Hey, you know, we gotta-- we need to get over there, we're losing the initiative,’” said Tiegen. “And Bob just looks straight at me and said, ‘Stand down, you need to wait.’” 

“We're starting to get calls from the State Department guys saying, ‘Hey, we're taking fire, we need you guys here, we need help,’” said Paronto.

All in all they were held back for 30 minutes, then took off for the consulate without orders, requesting armed air support.... which never came.  These men who were on the ground, chomping at the bit, so to speak, to provide the help they were being begged to provide, blame the delay for the death of all four Americans that fateful night.

“Ambassador Stevens and Sean [Smith], yeah, they would still be alive, my gut is yes,” Paronto said. Tiegen concurred. “I strongly believe if we'd left immediately, they'd still be alive today,” he added.

"Downright Moron" In The White House - 94 Year Old Prophecy Fulfilled!

An eRumor which was confirmed as true in August 2013 by Snopes, but originally started in 2004, then started making the rounds again in May 2014, is now more relevant than ever before.

Henry Louis Mencken, a prominent newspaperman and political commentator during the first half of the 20th century, wrote an article for  Baltimore Evening Sun on 26 July 1920 titled "Bayard vs. Lionheart," which stated the following:

The larger the mob, the harder the test. In small areas, before small electorates, a first-rate man occasionally fights his way through, carrying even the mob with him by force of his personality. But when the field is nationwide, and the fight must be waged chiefly at second and third hand, and the force of personality cannot so readily make itself felt, then all the odds are on the man who is, intrinsically, the most devious and mediocre — the man who can most easily adeptly disperse the notion that his mind is a virtual vacuum.

The Presidency tends, year by year, to go to such men. As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

The new 2014 meme has been altered to show the quote as "As democracy is perfected, the office of the President represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day, the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be occupied by a downright fool and complete narcissistic moron."


While the first rounds of this "prophecy" were emailed out during the Bush presidency, looking through the Obama presidency offers a variety of examples that have many believing these prophetic words from Mencken have finally come true in reality..... examples include the multiple instances when scandal has rocked the Obama administration, yet Obama and his talking heads insisted he and/or his administration only "found out about it from the news,"  or was unaware, or was taken off guard by (insert scandal here).

Examples include:

1.) NSA spying on foriegn leaders: President Obama news conference with Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan (5/16/2013): "I can assure you that I certainly did not know anything about the I.G. report before the I.G. report had been leaked through press -- through the press." 2) VA waiting list scandal where Jay Carney claimed  "You mean the specific allegations that I think were reported first by your news network out of Phoenix, I believe. We learned about them through the reports. I will double check if that is not the case. But that is when we learned about them and that is when I understand Secretary Shinseki learned about them, and he immediately took the action that he has taken." 3.) IRS targeting scandal where Obama in a joint press conference with British Prime Minister Cameron (May 13, 2013) said ""Well, let me take the IRS situation first. I first learned about it from the same news reports that I think most people learned about this. I think it was on Friday." 4.) DOJ obtaining AP phone records and during a WH press briefing Jay Carney was asked when Obama found out about it,  where Carney claimed "Yesterday. Let me just be clear. We don’t have any independent knowledge of that. He found out about the news reports yesterday on the road. 5.) Fast and Furious scandal where Jay Carney stated during a  White House press briefing ""The president did not know about this tactic until he heard about it through the media; the attorney general did not know about it." 6.) Air Force One fly over in Manhattan, when Obama was asked about it, he said " It was a mistake, as was -- as was stated. It was something we found out about along with all of you and it will not happen again. Thank you."

The most recent example of this type of "moronic" behavior was included in a report by All News PipeLine this morning, where Obama claimed he had not been briefed on the rise of ISIS and the threat the terror group posed, contrary to assertions from intelligence services that they had been sending him briefs for over a year, warning of those dangers..... to which Lt. Col. Ralph Peters offered some harsh criticisms and declared that Barack Obama has a "psychological problem."

Then we have Obama's Gaffe-ridden presidency, shown in the video below, which adds depth to the charge that finally, the 94 year old prophecy of H. L. Mencken, has indeed, been proven true.

John Moore: ‘Taking America Down’ Deliberately With Prof. Jim McCanney

 Before getting to the headlined topic, John Moore starts his show off with a serious warning and prepper tip of the day by telling folks to get their safe haven set up now, be ready and be prepared.

 Then Professor Jim McCanney joins the show where the two discuss current events from ISIS being funded by the US, young, non-military group that can and is taking over town after town in Iraq, in areas that have weapons far more advanced than this groups' are, yet doing so with ease.

 The Illegal immigrant problem and the chaos on our borders as well as the diseases they are bringing over, which brings me to a recent article I read that shows McCanney's prophetic words of "they are taking America down," as a deliberate, organized agenda and implementation of that agenda.

 Via Top Right News we see that in January 2014, months before this latest "border crisis" the Obama administration advertised for "Escort Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children" to "resettle" 65K, that is 65 thousand illegal alien children into the US.

 

Via the description:

Transport will be required for either category of UAC or individual juveniles, to include both male and female juveniles. There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air. Escort services include, but are not limited to, assisting with: transferring physical custody of UAC from DHS to Health and Human Services (HHS) care via ground or air methods of transportation (charter or commercial carrier)…. This is being called the smoking gun which shows without a doubt that Barack Obama's admin not only knew this was coming, but actively planned for it.

Democrats Shred Obama, Call Him 'Detached,' 'Flat Footed,' 'Incompetent'

Democrats may appear to be united in supporting Barack Obama in public, in private they are tearing him to shreds, calling him "detached,"  "flat-footed" and "incompetent," according to CNN's John King, shown in the video below this article.

"Forget for a moment that Republican outrage," said King on his CNN show this morning. "More and more Democrats in key 2014 races are calling for the president to get a spine, they say, and fire his Veterans Affairs secretary. And what more and more Democrats are saying privately is scathing, calling the president and his team detached, flat footed, even incompetent.

"Maggie Haberman," said King turning to a panelist, "that's what strikes me, what democrats are saying privately in the wakes of the healthcare.gov problems, they see a president who doesn't want to take command, doesn't want to act fast. Raising the competence question. Some Democrats, who believe in government, [are saying] this White House doesn't appear to have its hand on the lever." (Source)

Showing Obama six years ago flapping his gums about how our troops deserve better, then fast-forwarding to the present day, the VA scandal that just became headline news, has shown that Obama's campaign talk was just that.. talk, but no action as the recent deaths, secret waiting lists and so much more has dominated private discussions among Democrats.


Making it worse, Democrats understand that Obama's incompetence is likely to damage them in the 2014 elections, specifically those that are on the ballot and have been ardent, public supporters.

Democrats in Panic Over New Benghazi Hearings

Now that more information has been revealed, questions are compounding and there are no answers forthcoming from the administration. Many believe the reason there are no answers is because the Obama administration is hiding information that could implicate the US in some very unsavory actions.

Flashback – No Way! Obama Can’t Be This Stupid: Attending Fundraiser While Middle East Explodes Killing Americans?

The Benghazi scandal is heating up again with a couple of newly revelaed items that has set the White House into playing defense again, a new House committee being set up investigate Benghazi and a letter sent to the White House demanding to know where Obama was the night of 9/11/12 while Americans in Benghazi, Libya were being slaughtered since it has been revealed the he was NOT in the situation room monitoring events, according to former National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor, who was in the situation room at the time, shown in the first video below.



The newly revealed documents were only forthcoming after Judicial Watch sent a Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) request, which has taken all these months to receive a response to, but now has opened yet another can of worms for the Obama administration.

As shown in the video above, we know where Obama was not, but the only answers to date on where he was, is the comment that he was "in the White House."

People have very short memories, so lets do a quick flashback, using the White House president's schedule page, to jump back to the time frame in question.

On 9/11/12, the date of the terrorist attack in Beghazi, where four Americans were killed, Barack Obama was in the midst of campaigning for the 2012 presidential election and as reported at the time, the attack never slowed his campaign trips or speeches, one iota.

9/11/12 - Obama was at the Pentagon Memorial Observance Ceremony, the went back to the White House, then moved right along to Bethesda, Maryland to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, then back to the White House where he finally met with the Secretary of Defense at 5:00pm.

9/12/12 - After the Benghazi terrorist attack, and in the midst of demonstartions across the Middle East where embassies were being attacked, Barack Obama continued on with his campaigning with a scheduled trip to Las Vegas for a fundraiser!! Then off to Colorado for another one.


Flashback - No Way! Obama Can't Be This Stupid: Attending Fundraiser While Middle East Explodes Killing Americans?

So, you see, the attacks on embassies, but more importantly, an attack against Benghazi, where four Americans including the Ambassador himself, were being slaughtered, paled in comparison to preparing for the next presidential election campaign event and packing his bags for those scheduled events rather than "monitoring" the situation real-time in the situation room.  After all, he has "people" to do that for him, right?

CIA Pilot Bombshell!! Confirms Obama’s Gun Running Program To Al Qaeda

 A very interesting interview over at InfoWars, which can be heard in part in the video below, with a former CIA gun runner, William Robert “Tosh” Plumlee, which confirmed that before the Benghazi attack which killed four Americans, including Ambassador John Stevens, the Ambassador had expresed concern over the illegal arms reaching Islamic radicals. Plumlee talks about the lack of information provided to the mother of one of an information officer killed that fateful day:

“I began to wonder ‘why won’t they tell her anything?’” He asked. “Then a contact of mine in the Middle East, a high-ranking NATO official, mentioned to me that he had reports that the ambassador [J. Christopher Stevens] had been complaining about the dispatches and cables that he had got from the State Department about the weapons being received and [Islamic] radicals armed, including Stinger missiles.”

According to Plumlee, Steven was ordered to stand down after he asked the State Dept. what he should do about the American arm shipments to al-Qaeda. 

“The ambassador and his people had written a series of field reports and cable dispatches advising our State Department that the rebel factions had been armed with U.S. weapons,” he said. “Now my contention is this: if that is the case, why is that classified as a national security matter?”

Was Stevens and the other three Americans killed because of what they knew and expressed concern about? Is that why  the White House deliberately had officials providing false information to the public over the attack directly following it, which the latest Benghazi bombshell recently revealed? Is this also why the military was told to stand down and were not allowed to go in to save Ambassador Stevens and the others?

IRS Plot To Jail Conservatives Exposed!

The Department of Justice is now implicated and conflicted with the IRS scandal as a series of Lois Lerner emails expose a plot to jail conservative groups as shared in the video below from KafkaWinstonWorld. These emails reveal that Lerner had been in contact with Eric Holder’s DOJ in reference to prosecuting conservative organizations according to the watchdog group Judicial Watch.

“These new emails show that the day before she broke the news of the IRS scandal, Lois Lerner was talking to a top Obama Justice Department official about whether the DOJ could prosecute the very same organizations that the IRS had already improperly targeted,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton Wednesday.

Fitton said the IRS emails show the Department of Justice is now implicated and conflicted in the IRS scandal.

“No wonder we had to sue in federal court to get these documents,” he said.
Judicial Watch said a new batch of internal IRS documents show Lerner, who has been referred to the full House of Representatives for a vote on contempt of Congress charges, “communicated with the Department of Justice about whether it was possible to criminally prosecute certain tax-exempt entities.”

Putin Vs Putz!! Putin Bests Obama Again (Video)

With the recent release of the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State, Victoria Nuland's now infamous "F*ck the EU," not-so-private diplomatic conversation, Vladimir Putin has once again put the Obama administration on the hot seat, this time angering yet another US ally, Germany.

Making matters worse and showing Russia has the technology and intelligence capabilities to obtain the obviously unencrypted phone call, Nuland's response of "I am not going to comment on private diplomatic conversations. But it was pretty impressive tradecraft. The audio was extremely clear," not only acknowledged that she said it, but that Putin's "tradecaft" was impressive.

Via Zero Point, we see how Putin has been playing with Obama like a cat would play with a mouse:

At least she indirectly complemented Putin on being smart enough to not only intercept what appears to have been an unencrypted phone call, but to release it at just the right time as the entire world's attention turns to Russia and by extension, the Ukraine.. 

Because in retrospect Putin does deserve praise: having won the Ukraine over Europe's cries of horror, he has also managed, in the past year, to alienate the US from Israel, Saudi Arabia and now, Germany. And all this without saying a single word, let along firing a shot..

Indeed.

Tax attorney Cleta Mitchell absolutely destroys Obama's lies to the American people when he claimed that bone-headed bureaucrats in some remote office was responsible for the targeting of Tea Party, Patriot and conservative groups by the IRS.

She makes three clear points, then expands and proves her case in front of Congress in the video below.

Everything Obama has uttered in regards to this massive IRS targeting scandal has been a huge lie and the people of the US need to hear it, know it and act accordingly.

Obama: NSA 'Accidentally' Accessed Citizens' Emails (Video)

It has been recently revealed that the NSA's electronic spying program scooped up as many as 56,000 emails and other communications annually over three years by Americans not connected to terrorism.

That news came after a report showing an internal NSA audit identified 2,776 "incidents" or violations of the rules or court orders for spying on Americans or foreign targets in the United States.

In the graph shown previously but well worth showing again, it became apparent that the majority of those violations were authorized by presidential executive order.

In a new interview,on CNN's "New Day" show Friday, Obama claimed that the NSA had "accidentally" pulled the emails on some Americans.

Exactly how stupid does Obama think Americans are that we would believe this was an accident?

Lavabit Founder Threatened By Obama Admin For Shutting Down Email Services Rather Than Betray Users (Video)

News broke last week that the Lavabit founder, Ladar Levison,who chose to shut down his email services rather than betray his users, has been threatened by the U.S. government for doing so, in the name of "non-compliance."

Via TechDirt, Levison claims "that the government has threatened him with criminal charges for his decision to shut down the business, rather than agree to some mysterious court order. The feds are apparently arguing that the act of shutting down the business, itself, was a violation of the order."

"Levison stressed that he has complied with "upwards of two dozen court orders" for information in the past that were targeted at "specific users" and that "I never had a problem with that." But without disclosing details, he suggested that the order he received more recently was markedly different, requiring him to cooperate in broadly based surveillance that would scoop up information about all the users of his service. He likened the demands to a requirement to install a tap on his telephone."

Presidential Executive Orders Violated Privacy Laws More Than FISA In NSA Audit (Videos)

An internal NSA audit has identified 2,776 "incidents" or violations of the rules or court orders for spying on Americans or foreign targets in the United States.

As the graph below shows, since 2011 those illegalities and violations were separated by authority and the majority are listed as presidential executive order violations.

While much focus surrounding this audit is on the number of privacy violations, as the graph above shows, it is the abuse of presidential authority that is far more prevalent and should be highlighted.

When a president of a Republic so audaciously bypasses Congress and the rule of law, it then shows conclusively that we no longer live in a Republic, but are being ruled by a tyrant that believes he has no obligation to follow the laws set forth in the Constitution.

The first Ron Paul Channel episode launched last night and his guest was Glenn Greenwald, one of the original writers to expose the level of domestic and international spying conducted by the U.S., using the documents provided by NSA leaker, Edward Snowden.

The most shocking part of the interview is that Greenwald reveals the most significant documents in his possession from Snowden, the ones that shocked Greenwald the most, have yet to be revealed.

400 U.S. Missiles Stolen In Benghazi, Says Lawyer For Whistleblower (Video/Audio)

If true, this explains the massive coverup the Obama administration  has been involved in regarding what happened and why on 9/11/12 when terrorists attacked U.S. personnel in Benghazi, Libya and four Americans were murdered.

According to Joe DiGenova, attorney for one of the Benghazi whistleblowers, Mark Thompson, 400 surface-to-air missiles were stolen from Benghazi, and ended up in the hands of "some very ugly people."

DiGenova told WMAL that he "does not know whether [the missiles] were at the annex, but it is clear the annex was somehow involved in the distribution of those missiles."

He also claims that according to his sources the Obama administration is worried  "about an attempt to shoot down an airliner."

IRS Still Targeting Conservatives, Agent Admits (Video)

Even after the public apology from former IRS tax exempt division head, Lois Lerner, and the subsequent scandal that rocked the White House over specific, deliberate targeting of conservative groups, an IRS agent in closed door testimony before the House Ways & Means Committee, admits that conservative groups are still being targeted.

In a redacted transcript from the committee provided to Secrets, a Ways &  Means investigator asked: "If you saw -- I am asking this currently, if today if a Tea Party case, a group -- a case from a Tea Party group came in to your desk, you reviewed the file and there was no evidence of political activity, would you potentially approve that case? Is that something you would do?"

The agent said, "At this point I would send it to secondary screening, political advocacy."

The committee staffer then said, "So you would treat a Tea Party group as a political advocacy case even if there was no evidence of political activity on the application. Is that right?" The agent admitted, "Based on my current manager's direction, uh-huh."

In the videos below we see more testimony from IRS officials, admitting that IRS targeting is still going on and that the further investigations show that IRS and the FEC are likely sharing data. The last video is American Future Fund founder claiming the IRS and the FEC targeted his group.

Another U.S. Coverup Exposed - DEA Agents Trained To Hide Where Investigations Originated (Video)

The hits just keep coming against the Obama administration as news breaks that a secretive U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) unit is using "intelligence intercepts, wiretaps, informants and a massive database of telephone records to authorities across the nation to help them launch criminal investigations of Americans."

Not only are they using this information for purposes that have no connection to "national security," but they are actively trained to "recreate" the investigative trail to effectively cover up where the information originated, a practice that some experts say violates a defendant's Constitutional right to a fair trial.

The information origins are also being hidden from defense lawyers, and in some cases prosecutors and judges.

According to Nancy Gertner, a Harvard Law School professor who served as a federal judge from 1994 to 2011, "I have never heard of anything like this at all." She continues on to say "It is one thing to create special rules for national security. Ordinary crime is entirely different. It sounds like they are phonying up investigations."

Since the NSA programs and the metadata collected is only supposed to be used against terrorists, according to the Obama administration, guess that means we are all terrorists now.
