Russia To Declare US "Threat" And "Adversary" In New Military Doctrine

For those that have been watching the growing tensions between the Russia, Europe and the US, this latest salvo is disturbing to say the least.

As reported by FT.com,  a new Russian military doctrine is to be released next month, which will openly designate the United States as a "threat" and/or adversary, which is guaranteed to escalate the growing distrust which many see as a return to the "cold war" era.

Via FT:

“Co-operation between Russia and China is extremely important to keep the peace in the framework of international law, making it more stable,” Mr Putin told his Chinese counterpart, just two weeks after he accused the US of destabilising the world by frequently violating international law. 

Russia’s updated military doctrine is expected to target Nato and the US more clearly as the Ukraine crisis has frayed Moscow’s relations with the western alliance. The current doctrine lists only Nato expansion, foreign troop deployments in neighbouring states, destabilisation in certain countries and deployment of missile defence systems as “external military dangers”. 

People familiar with the document said Nato and the US would be openly designated as threats or adversaries in the document’s new version, due to be published next month.

I am not going to attempt to put his words into my own because he tells it like it is and the only way to understand his reasoning is to listen to his message.

Two More Nuke Officers Suffer Under Obama's Military Purge (Video)

Two more Air Force nuke officers are under investigation for alleged drug use, according to the video news report below, making them the latest in a long list of firings, terminations and resignations from high ranking military members under Barack Obama which appears to have started back in 2010, with General Stanley McChrystal.

The question of whether these are all honorable military members who have refused to do Obama's unconstitutional bidding, or whether so many, moreso than under any other president were guilty of whatever the infraction they have been accused of, is a matter of much speculation, with many believing this type of purge" is reminiscent of Stalin's military purge, often referred to as Stalin's Terror.

Military Purge, Indoctrination: Obama Redefines Terrorists To Mean Americans (Video)

We have seen quite a bit about this massive military purge under Obama with whistleblowers stating outright that the Obama administration's "litmus test" for the US military commanders is if they will disarm and fire against Americans.

We have also seen military training documents that teach the military that Evangelical Christians and Catholics are to be considered "extremists."

A Navy Seal whistleblower has stated outright that Obama is deliberately setting up conditions to impose martial law up Americans, with yet another whistleblower saying Obama is trying to destroy the US to seize power.

As explained in the video below by Evangelist Anita Fuentes, what Obama is doing is indoctrinating what he is quoted as calling "my Army," by redefining what the word terrorist means. It is no longer al-Qaeda that is to be considered the enemy, hell Obama is arming al-Qaeda in Syria, but instead he is replacing military members that will not disarm Americans and will not fire on Americans, with his new military that will, because the new standard is that Americans that disagree with Obama's agenda, Americans that practice a religious faith and believe in the constitution, should be disarmed and considered terrorists now.

U.S. Military 'Embarrassed' By Obama's 'Amateurism' On Syria (Video)

From the military photobombs, kicked off by a Navy member holding a sign saying "I didn't join the Navy to fight for al-Qaeda in a Syrian civil war," to members of the other armed forces joining in with the same types of signs, it is clear the military does not want a war in Syria who has not attacked the U.S. Others then took it a step further declaring they "will NOT fight for al-Qaeda in Syria," prompting investigations into identifying these men to punish them for their outright revolt.

Now it is being reported that military leaders are sick and tired of Obama's "amateurism," in his handling of the Syria situation.

Via the Gawker, who reports on retired United States Army major general Robert H. Scales' assessment of the military and Pentagon's mindset:

Our military professionals are "embarrassed to be associated with the amateurism" of the current administration. They are "repelled by the hypocrisy of a media blitz" that frames the desire to protect Syrian civilians as a matter of actual military need. They are "outraged." They are "tired of wannabe solders." They "lament our loneliness." They "resent civilian policymakers who want the military to fight a war that neither they nor their loved ones will experience firsthand."

Scales' specific example of such a know-nothing amateur—the official who provoked Dempsey's alleged nonverbal disdain—is John Kerry, the Secretary of State, all "thundering voice and arm-waving" as he argued for war. That would be former Navy lieutenant John Kerry, who collected a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, and three Purple Hearts in Vietnam, the same (and only) war that Robert Scales fought in.

These men joined the armed services to protect and defend our nation as well as our constitution and there is talk that perhaps the best way for them to do so, is to oust Barack Obama in the name of protecting and defending our nation "against all enemies, foreign and domestic," as they swore to do when they took their oath of service.

The Story Behind Soldiers Saying They 'Will Not Fight Syria' (Video)

Angel Clark, from the The Angel Clark Show explains in the video below, how the first picture of a Navy man holding a sign saying "I didn't join the Navy to fight for al-Qaeda in a Syrian civil war," went viral.

The photo was sent to her by a fan, one she will not name as to not cause him harm, how she verified he was real, posted the picture and it took off like a rocket. Then others started sending her more pictures.

Claim: Leaked Document Indicates Military Internment Camps to be Used for Political Dissidents (Video)

The video seen below was uploaded to YouTube in March 2013, and claims that leaked documents, shown in the video, are evidence that "Internment camps for political dissidents in the U.S. aren't a conspiracy theory. The Department of Defense document entitled "INTERNMENT AND RESETTLEMENT OPERATIONS" or FM 3-39.40 proves this beyond a shadow of a doubt."

On page one of the document, it says - "DESTRUCTION NOTICE: Destroy by any method that will prevent disclosure of contents or reconstruction of the document."

The document is dated February 2010.

According to the documents shown in the video, the indication that the internment camps are meant for Americans is the instruction that a social security number be  placed on the paperwork for "prisoners."

Then on page 56 of the document:

3-56.The PSYOP team also supports the military police custodial mission in the I/R facility. The team—

• Develops PSYOP products that are designed to pacify and acclimate detainees or DCs to accept U.S. I/R facility authority and regulations.

• Gains the cooperation of detainees or DCs to reduce the number of guards needed.

• Identifies malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.

• Develops and executes indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes.

• Identifies political activists.

U.S. Army Admits To Blocking NSA Leak News From Military Members

On Thursday the U.S. Army admitted to an Armywide restriction from The Guardian website, the publication where NSA leaker, Edward Snowden has revealed multiple instances of domestic spying on Americans committed by the Obama administration, via the NSA.

According to employees of Presidio of Monterey, The Guardian website has been blocked since the initial leaks about the extent of data collection by the National Security Agency, which includes a FISA court order published showing that the NSA was collecting three months of user data on all Verizon users, on a daily ongoing basis, as well as the secret NSA Prism program where the Obama administration is collecting data from large tech companies which include Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, and Apple.

Gordon Van Vleet, an Arizona-based spokesman for the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, or NETCOM, said in an email the Army is filtering "some access to press coverage and online content about the NSA leaks."

He wrote it is routine for the Department of Defense to take preventative "network hygiene" measures to mitigate unauthorized disclosures of classified information.

"We make every effort to balance the need to preserve information access with operational security," he wrote, "however, there are strict policies and directives in place regarding protecting and handling classified information."

In a later phone call, Van Vleet said the filter of classified information on public websites was "Armywide" and did not originate at the Presidio. 

While Obama has publicly insisted the extensive data mining being done by his administration are just "modest encroachments on privacy," in 2011 the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) ruled that some of the National Security Agency’s surveillance programs under the FISA Amendments Act, were unconstitutional.

I'll repeat what I said when reports about the Air Force banning their personnel from accessing news on Obama's spying programs, to which in part, has been ruled unconstitutional by the court, because the point needs to be hammered home--- While Americans are debating Obama's expansion on domestic spying and whether the scope of the NSA surveillance under Obama, violates every day Americans' constitutional rights, the very men and women who take an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic," and put their lives on the line to do so, are forbidden from obtaining information about what their own government is doing.

Our military members swear to defend the constitutional but are forbidden from accessing news on their commander-in-chief's violation of those constitutional rights afforded to every American.

"I Am Sorry That It Has Come to This": A Soldier's Last Words

Daniel Somers was a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was part of Task Force Lightning, an intelligence unit. In 2004-2005, he was mainly assigned to a Tactical Human-Intelligence Team (THT) in Baghdad, Iraq, where he ran more than 400 combat missions as a machine gunner in the turret of a Humvee, interviewed countless Iraqis ranging from concerned citizens to community leaders and and government officials, and interrogated dozens of insurgents and terrorist suspects. In 2006-2007, Daniel worked with Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) through his former unit in Mosul where he ran the Northern Iraq Intelligence Center. His official role was as a senior analyst for the Levant (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel, and part of Turkey). Daniel suffered greatly from PTSD and had been diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and several other war-related conditions. On June 10, 2013, Daniel wrote the following letter to his family before taking his life. Daniel was 30 years old. His wife and family have given permission to publish it.

I am sorry that it has come to this.

The fact is, for as long as I can remember my motivation for getting up every day has been so that you would not have to bury me. As things have continued to get worse, it has become clear that this alone is not a sufficient reason to carry on. The fact is, I am not getting better, I am not going to get better, and I will most certainly deteriorate further as time goes on. From a logical standpoint, it is better to simply end things quickly and let any repercussions from that play out in the short term than to drag things out into the long term.

You will perhaps be sad for a time, but over time you will forget and begin to carry on. Far better that than to inflict my growing misery upon you for years and decades to come, dragging you down with me. It is because I love you that I can not do this to you. You will come to see that it is a far better thing as one day after another passes during which you do not have to worry about me or even give me a second thought. You will find that your world is better without me in it.

I really have been trying to hang on, for more than a decade now. Each day has been a testament to the extent to which I cared, suffering unspeakable horror as quietly as possible so that you could feel as though I was still here for you. In truth, I was nothing more than a prop, filling space so that my absence would not be noted. In truth, I have already been absent for a long, long time.

My body has become nothing but a cage, a source of pain and constant problems. The illness I have has caused me pain that not even the strongest medicines could dull, and there is no cure. All day, every day a screaming agony in every nerve ending in my body. It is nothing short of torture. My mind is a wasteland, filled with visions of incredible horror, unceasing depression, and crippling anxiety, even with all of the medications the doctors dare give. Simple things that everyone else takes for granted are nearly impossible for me. I can not laugh or cry. I can barely leave the house. I derive no pleasure from any activity. Everything simply comes down to passing time until I can sleep again. Now, to sleep forever seems to be the most merciful thing.

You must not blame yourself. The simple truth is this: During my first deployment, I was made to participate in things, the enormity of which is hard to describe. War crimes, crimes against humanity. Though I did not participate willingly, and made what I thought was my best effort to stop these events, there are some things that a person simply can not come back from. I take some pride in that, actually, as to move on in life after being part of such a thing would be the mark of a sociopath in my mind. These things go far beyond what most are even aware of.

To force me to do these things and then participate in the ensuing coverup is more than any government has the right to demand. Then, the same government has turned around and abandoned me. They offer no help, and actively block the pursuit of gaining outside help via their corrupt agents at the DEA. Any blame rests with them.



Beyond that, there are the host of physical illnesses that have struck me down again and again, for which they also offer no help. There might be some progress by now if they had not spent nearly twenty years denying the illness that I and so many others were exposed to. Further complicating matters is the repeated and severe brain injuries to which I was subjected, which they also seem to be expending no effort into understanding. What is known is that each of these should have been cause enough for immediate medical attention, which was not rendered.

Lastly, the DEA enters the picture again as they have now managed to create such a culture of fear in the medical community that doctors are too scared to even take the necessary steps to control the symptoms. All under the guise of a completely manufactured “overprescribing epidemic,” which stands in stark relief to all of the legitimate research, which shows the opposite to be true. Perhaps, with the right medication at the right doses, I could have bought a couple of decent years, but even that is too much to ask from a regime built upon the idea that suffering is noble and relief is just for the weak.

However, when the challenges facing a person are already so great that all but the weakest would give up, these extra factors are enough to push a person over the edge.

Is it any wonder then that the latest figures show 22 veterans killing themselves each day? That is more veterans than children killed at Sandy Hook, every single day. Where are the huge policy initiatives? Why isn’t the president standing with those families at the state of the union? Perhaps because we were not killed by a single lunatic, but rather by his own system of dehumanization, neglect, and indifference.

It leaves us to where all we have to look forward to is constant pain, misery, poverty, and dishonor. I assure you that, when the numbers do finally drop, it will merely be because those who were pushed the farthest are all already dead.

And for what? Bush’s religious lunacy? Cheney’s ever growing fortune and that of his corporate friends? Is this what we destroy lives for

Since then, I have tried everything to fill the void. I tried to move into a position of greater power and influence to try and right some of the wrongs. I deployed again, where I put a huge emphasis on saving lives. The fact of the matter, though, is that any new lives saved do not replace those who were murdered. It is an exercise in futility.

Then, I pursued replacing destruction with creation. For a time this provided a distraction, but it could not last. The fact is that any kind of ordinary life is an insult to those who died at my hand. How can I possibly go around like everyone else while the widows and orphans I created continue to struggle? If they could see me sitting here in suburbia, in my comfortable home working on some music project they would be outraged, and rightfully so.

I thought perhaps I could make some headway with this film project, maybe even directly appealing to those I had wronged and exposing a greater truth, but that is also now being taken away from me. I fear that, just as with everything else that requires the involvement of people who can not understand by virtue of never having been there, it is going to fall apart as careers get in the way.

The last thought that has occurred to me is one of some kind of final mission. It is true that I have found that I am capable of finding some kind of reprieve by doing things that are worthwhile on the scale of life and death. While it is a nice thought to consider doing some good with my skills, experience, and killer instinct, the truth is that it isn’t realistic. First, there are the logistics of financing and equipping my own operation, then there is the near certainty of a grisly death, international incidents, and being branded a terrorist in the media that would follow. What is really stopping me, though, is that I simply am too sick to be effective in the field anymore. That, too, has been taken from me.

Thus, I am left with basically nothing. Too trapped in a war to be at peace, too damaged to be at war. Abandoned by those who would take the easy route, and a liability to those who stick it out—and thus deserve better. So you see, not only am I better off dead, but the world is better without me in it

This is what brought me to my actual final mission. Not suicide, but a mercy killing. I know how to kill, and I know how to do it so that there is no pain whatsoever. It was quick, and I did not suffer. And above all, now I am free. I feel no more pain. I have no more nightmares or flashbacks or hallucinations. I am no longer constantly depressed or afraid or worried

I am free.

I ask that you be happy for me for that. It is perhaps the best break I could have hoped for. Please accept this and be glad for me.

Obama Opens Mouth, Inserts Foot, Exerts 'Unlawful Command Influence' In Military Assault Cases, Says Judge

First reported by Stars and Stripes, a judge in Hawaii military court has ruled that due to Barack Obama's public statements about sexual assault in the military, he has exerted "unlawful command influence," and because Obama did so, even if defendants are found guilty of sexual assault they cannot be punitively discharged. Meaning they cannot receive a bad conduct discharge or a dishonorable discharge.

Navy Judge Cmdr. Marcus Fulton ruled during pretrial hearings in two sexual assault cases — U.S. vs. Johnson and U.S. vs. Fuentes — that comments made by Obama as commander in chief would unduly influence any potential sentencing, according to a court documents obtained by Stars and Stripes.

On Wednesday and Thursday, Fulton approved the pretrial defense motions, which used as evidence comments that Obama made about sexual assault at a May 7 news conference.

“The bottom line is: I have no tolerance for this,” Obama said, according to an NBC News story submitted as evidence by defense attorneys in the sexual assault cases.

‘I expect consequences,” Obama added. “So I don’t just want more speeches or awareness programs or training, but ultimately folks look the other way. If we find out somebody’s engaging in this, they’ve got to be held accountable — prosecuted, stripped of their positions, court martialed, fired, dishonorably discharged. Period.”

The judge’s pretrial ruling means that if either defendant is found guilty, whether by a jury or a military judge, they cannot receive a bad conduct discharge or a dishonorable discharge. Sailors found guilty under the Uniform Code of Military Justice’s Article 120, which covers several sexual crimes including assault and rape, generally receive punitive discharges.

“A member of the public would not hear the President’s statement to be a simple admonition to hold members accountable,” Fulton stated. “A member of the public would draw the connection between the ‘dishonorable discharge’ required by the President and a punitive discharge approved by the convening authority.

“The strain on the system created by asking a convening authority to disregard [Obama’s] statement in this environment would be too much to sustain public confidence.”

As soon as Obama made his off-the-cuff comment, military lawyers began to voice concern that his comments might be detrimental. “I thought of the unlawful command influence issue as soon as he spoke,” said James Mackler, a private attorney and Army reserve lawyer who was involved in sexual assault cases while on active duty.

“The principle behind it is a sound principle, which is that in the military there is a lot of pressure to follow the directives of your commanders, including the president,” he said. “It’s a legitimate problem.”

As a lawyer, Obama knows to be cautious in speaking about specific cases — as he has been for the past week in not speaking out on Edward Snowden — but may not be as familiar with the military justice system, Mackler said, where unlawful command influence creates problems, as it has in these cases and likely many more to come.

Is obama ever going to learn that discretion is the better part of valor and there are times when it is beneficial that he keep his big mouth shut?

The notice applies to users of the Air Force NIPRNET (Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network), which is the only way that many troops stationed overseas and on bases in the U.S. are able to access the Internet.

The last line of the executive summary states:

“Users are not to use AF NIPRNET systems to access the Verizon phone records collection and other related news stories because the action could constitute a Classified Message Incident.”

Cindy McGee, the mother of an airman stationed in the UAE, spoke with WND.

“The fact that our government is attempting to censor our service members from the truth of what is happening here at home is truly frightening and disheartening,” said McGee.

Her son received the same notice.

McGee continued, “I am outraged that our government is attempting to censor the information from our military that every citizen in this country is potentially being targeted by our government in a massive overreach of their constitutional powers by unconstitutional surveillance of all Americans and storage of that data.”

"I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God. "

In the National Guard (Army or Air)
 
"I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of (STATE NAME) against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of (STATE NAME) and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God. "

Amazing that our military members put their lives on the line every day to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic," yet they are being told they cannot access news about the very government they serve under, who just happens to be violating the constitutional rights of Americans.

Happy Memorial Day 2013 everyone.

Thank you to our U.S. Military, past and present for their sacrifices, service and for our freedoms to which they have fought for and continue to fight for.

Thank you also to all the families of those men and women, some who have lost loved ones, others who are at home, praying every night that their loved ones comes home safe and sound.

While this is a day set aside to remember our men and women in uniform who have died, all should know that they are remembered every single day.
