I am sure he meant to to point out how proud he has been to be Obama's Vice President but once again Joe Biden's mouth seems to get ahead of what he calls a brain and what he ends up saying, clearly is "There's never been a day in the last four years I've been proud to be his vice president. Not one single day. Not one single day. "
Then he moves right along, obviously not understanding what he actually said.
