persons born within the borders of the United States are "natural born citizens" for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person "born within the British dominions [was] a natural-born British subject" at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, so too were those "born in the allegiance of the United States[] natural-born citizens."---Part of Michael M. Malihi's ruling on Obama eligibility for Georgia presidential ballot. Dated- February 3, 2012
I see a lot of tweets and blog posts going around linking to an embed and claiming that Judge Michael M. Malihi has ruled against Barack Obama in an eligibility ruling but the actual ruling, signed by the judge concludes on page 10 of 10 shown in the embed below, "President Barack Obama is eligible as a candidate for the presidential primary election under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5(b). SO ORDERED,
February 3rd, 2012.
Signed by Judge Micahel M. Malihi.

No insult intended to those that were hoping for a different outcome, but linking to a embed that is written and submitted by an attorney and is not signed by a judge, therefore not an official ruling, is not helpful to your cause in any way, shape or form.
Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire, one of the attorney's that brought the case to the Georgia courts, has also issued a statement acknowledging Judge Malihi's ruling.
