Are you looking at piles of snow outside your window? Have you lost power due to downed and buried power lines? Are you recovering from frost biter after going out doors in shorts because Al Gore said the global warming discussion was over?
Well Discover News has this latest 'News Flash' from the Geophysical Research Letters for the residents of earth. There has been a "hiccup" in global warming. Or as we global warming deniers call it " global cooling." Apparently for the next 30 years, despite humanity's best efforts in increasing global greenhouse gas emissions there is going to be a cooling period.
Earth's climate continues to confound scientists. Following a 30-year trend ofAllow me to translate for Swanson, minus the BS. " We have no clue what we are doing, or why there is this 'cooling thing,' but just so I look all superior and all knowing I am going to cover my ass and claim there will be warming again... someday."

of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee said. "Cooling events since then had
firm causes, like eruptions or large-magnitude La Ninas. This current cooling
doesn't have one." ... Swanson thinks the trend could continue for up to 30
years. But he warned that it's just a hiccup, and that humans' penchant for
spewing greenhouse gases will certainly come back to haunt us. "When the climate
kicks back out of this state, we'll have explosive warming," Swanson said.
"Thirty years of greenhouse gas radiative forcing will still be there and then
bang, the warming will return and be very aggressive."
Of course this has nothing to do with the regular warming and cooling trends observed by scientists.
You heard it here folks. There will be cooling, but do not worry your darling little heads. Al Gore will prevail and there will be warming again! What a relief. Now wait, I shouldn't be making fun of Al Gore because according to a leading scientist that is akin to killing 1,000 people! Yes not only are you a Holocaust denier if you question the mighty Gore, but you are now a mass murderer.

Michael Tobis, University of Texas climate scientist on his blog recently saidWithin this article alone I have supposedly killed 4,000 people. I guess this not only makes me a holocaust denier but a holocaust participator? If that makes any sense. So if I have killed that many people already, then how many people have the 30,000 scientists who are suing Al Gore for fraud killed? Just remember as you have deal with this harsh winter and a few mild summers. The issue of Global Warming has been laid to rest. The "consensus" is that there is Global Warming. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. The debate is over!

percent. The expected mortality from this is 1,000 people. Is that mortality
equivalent to actually killing 1,000 people? It's not all that obvious to me
